Our reclaimed and salvaged mantels come from logs left in the woods or in the rivers of northern California 100 years ago because they were considered down graded logs or just to big to get. Today these are what people like because these reclaimed or salvaged mantels are the more interesting shapes, grains and colors. These are the logs we take and give them a new life as mantels, table tops, landscape pieces and wood for many types of craft ideas.
